How can the Alexander Technique help you ?

Learning to use yourself better with natural body alignment will help improve overall functioning and well-being.  The Alexander Technique helps people to naturally overcome many everyday ailments such as muscle tension, general stiffness, back, neck and joint pain.  Other common reasons for trying the Technique include poor posture, breathing and vocal problems and stress-related conditions such as anxiety and depression.  People with bad backs, repetitive strain injury, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and much much more turn to the Technique to empower themselves to improve how they use their bodies in everyday life.

Whatever the initial reason for coming, clients usually find the Technique is an ideal tool for personal development, self awareness and learning new skills.  The Alexander Technique can add new creativity into your life and lead to on-going self-discovery – why not give it a try?

Workshops are starting in April 2016 - see workshop details page for further information.
